Please help I have taken id plan on anew s24. I have filled out pac code and info but it comes back with an error. I cannot get the live chat button to appear, I have been into curry’s and they cannot help I have been doing this for 2 days and have just worked out how to get to this place, can anybody please help thanks mike

Please can you check that you have entered the transaction number that begins with a 4?

Can you advise what the specific error is?
