Hi I’ve been trying for 2 days now to enter my pac code and the other details, it’s telling me there is an issue with the information I have submitted. 
 

I didn’t set up to switch when I applied for id mobile, I’ve done everything correct! I need to keep my current number it’s very important. 
 

can I please get some help.

Have you tried submitting your PAC through an advisor using the iD online Live Chat service, @Skyelinerx?

You could also do this by contacting iD support via a private message on social media.

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a 4?

 

If not, you’ll need this, this is found in the “Welcome to iD” email that’s sent around dispatch of the device.
