Just joined and want to switch my number . All ok at Plusnet end but I’d mobile rejects saying not recognised . I cannot speak to anyone . Live chat link brings up code 404.

hopeless company so far . Set up an app . Register and passwords . All done and still Hopeless

Unfortunately iD Mobile don’t provide a telephone support helpline @Janet Waite.

You can ‘speak’ to iD’s social media customer support team, using Facebook (with Messenger) or on Twitter (by DM). 

The iD Mobile social media customer support team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
