PAC code doesnt work - but its correct!

Switching my mum over to ID, already moved my dad with no issues.  Just gone on ID with all the info - PAC code etc - and it says the info/PAC is incorrect.  I have triple checked all the info and its all correct.  Even got the PAC reissued.  Still wont accept it.  What do we do now?

In most cases the error is due to the incorrect transaction number being entered. The transaction number that you need to use should start with the number 4. You should have received this in your welcome email. Also I would advise entering your surname in capital letters.

Hey @Susanna Lloyd,

Did you submit a request to keep the number when you first joined iD Mobile? If so, you won’t be able to submit the form again and the port should complete on the date you requested to keep this.
