Hello iv tried doing my pac code and it's coming up with an error the code can't be prossed please help

It sounds like the information you are entering may be incorrect.

Are you entering the transaction number that starts with a number 4?

Hi I’m also receiving error message when providing all my details to transfer my old number to my new id phone “error the code can't be processed”

Perhaps try using the iD live chat service to submit your PAC @BeckyL. 

Type “talk to a person” to avoid the 24/7 bot and get one of the agents, who work until 8pm on weekdays.
