Good afternoon.
Trying to transfer my number using PAC code from Lebara.
Getting the error message: We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.
Not sure I have the correct transaction number, it starts with with CLC then 9 digits.
Any help much appricated.

It would appear that you may be using the incorrect transaction number, do you have the email with the subject “Welcome to iD”?
This should contain your transaction number beginning with the number 4.
If you don’t have this, please let us know.
