Attempting to enter my PAC code and recieve an error message, both on desktop and the app. I have a double checked all details are correct.

Does the transaction number you’re using begin with a 4?
If not this should be found in the “Welcome to iD” email we’ve sent, if you don’t have this or it still isn’t working, please let us know so we can get in touch.
