Hi, my dad has forwarded his pac number and details to ID mobile but it’s still not transferred after 5 days.

any help please?

Did he select a date for the transfer?

If the old number has disconnected with the old network it sounds like there may be a file exchange delay.

If you aren’t the account holder, we would need the account holder to contact us directly.
