Pac Code Issue on 2 numbers

I am trying to transfer two numbers from Virgin mobile, they provided me with one PAC for both numbers. The first was accepted by IDMobile but when I came to transfer the second number I got a message saying I’d entered an invalid PAC.

I contacted today virgin 3 times and they wont issue me a new pac code as thats the one for my 2 numbers.

So now just thinking about cancel my contract with ID as still cooling off period and go to talktalk with 2 numbers as they wont have issued with it.

Virgin wont issue 2 seperate paccodes and ID wont accept same paccode for different numbers.

Any solution before i cancel new contracts?

I have exactly the same problem. It appears that there should be no problem using the same pac for any number of numbers on the same account. It is an ID problem.  But there appears to be no way of contacting ID to get help. Very frustrating 

I contacted ID over chat but its just waste of time talking with them,suppose you fet what you pay for??

anyway i manage to force virgin to issue another pac code after 5 calls.

so should the number transfer now in 2 days.
