I cancelled my ID contract because I wasn’t getting good signal. I wanted to change to a one month only contract to see how ID is for a month or two but, I was told I would have to order a new sim. I went on my account today and I wasn’t able to do anything. I can’t even top up like I was told. I cannot contact anyone as my contract has ended. I now want a PAC code, but, I have no option on my account to get a PAC code. The number I text for a PAC code asks me for PAC along with my DOB. I haven’t still received the PAC code.
