PAC code not transferred on date

I provided my PAC code for my number to be transferred 22/07/23. As this was a Saturday I had a message saying it would be transferred today, Monday 24th. Its now 21.05hrs and the number still hasn't been transferred and I am now paying for 2 separate contracts. When will this be sorted?

Unfortunately @Ian R, sounds like the message you received was incorrect.

The published iD Mobile timescales for PAC processing are: 

Your switch should happen on Tuesday 25-Jul-2023 @Ian R - number transfers are not immediate, so there might been several hours between your old provider’s SIM becoming inactive, and the number you want to keep working properly with your iD SIM card.

If the port was scheduled for 24/07/23 we’d have expected it to be completed by 10pm on that date, how are you getting on?
