PAC CODE not working


Hi there,

 

I was given a pac code to switch from Id to another provider and it expired yesterday. Apparently it was wrong so I couldn’t kept my old number. Please help me to get a new pac code

To switch and keep your mobile number  text ‘PAC’ to 65075.

If that doesn't work for you, speak to a live agent here and request one.

 

So I left Id and it wouldn’t let me text pac to that number nor message on live chat. I need help asap

When a PAC expires, your service continues. So, pop the iD Mobile SIM in your handset and request the PAC via text. Failing that, login to your iD Mobile account and request the PAC via your dashboard.

You won't get any response from iD Mobile here for three or four days, it's not live chat. If you're unable to use live chat then message iD Mobile through Facebook or Twitter.
