PAC code not working

I’ve switched from O2 to ID mobile and I’m unable to change my old number to my new phone. I have entered my PAC code, old number and new number into the ID mobile PAC code system and it isn’t working. Every time it says there’s an error. I’m not sure why all the details are correct. Could use some help.

Are you using the iD app, or your My iD Account online to submit your PAC (from O2) @Myles Barrett?

Make sure that the transaction number is the one beginning with 4 and not the CLC one.

Check spam/junk folders also.
