PAC code not working

I am trying to transfer my old number to my new iD mobile sim but it is presenting with an error message. I have checked that all the details are correct. Any ideas on what the problem is?

The transaction number must start with the number “4” @Millie Wood.

Try entering your SURNAME using all CAPITAL letters.

Yep transaction number starts with a 4, either entering surname capital letters or not does not seem to solve the problem..

Okay @Millie Wood, you can also submit your PAC manually using the iD live chat service, or by contacting iD privately on Facebook (Messenger), or Twitter (DM).

Customer care agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
