I changed over from GiffGaff to ID on the 14th September, entered my PAC code and all was being processed, the number was supposed to change but it hasn’t. Now my old number isn’t working but it hasn’t been transferred over either so not sure what to do?
I’d recommend contacting the iD social media team, using facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM (direct message)). They’ll be able to assist you regarding your PAC submission and the problems with your iD account.
Out-of-hours messages left on facebook or Twitter are handled when the iD social media team next start work.
