PAC code submission failure

I have tried to submit my PAC code using the online form but it keeps coming up with the same error message: 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

Please can you advise as to what the issue is? I’ve never had an issue transferring my number before. My old provider is EE and they report no issues at their end.

If you’ve got an iD My Account online you can submit your PAC from “My services.”, after you sign-in.

Otherwise use Live Chat to speak to an iD agent, who’ll be able to assist.

Thank you. I’ve been in touch with an iD agent who has submitted on my behalf.

Hopefully the iD agent advised your port won’t take place until Monday 9th May.
