Hi I have just moved to ID from Vodafone. I want to keep my old number so have used the ID online form to use my PAC code from Vodafone.
Every time I complete the form (all answers are correct) it says:
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”
Please can someone help me. I have contacted Vodafone and the PAC code is correct. I don’t know what to do.
