I have submitted my pac via the website as I want to keep my number from my previous provider and switch to id and have just received a message saying ‘We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect’ what do I do now?

The support teams work until at 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Did you receive a separate text later or are you trying to submit it again and getting this error?
If you are trying to submit again this may be why as we have a requst already.
