An existing ID Sim Card holder, just upgraded to a new SIM, do I need a PAC number to keep my existing number on new SIM

Hi @dsmann 

 

As long as you’ve processed an upgrade the number will stay the same and the new SIM is just incase you need a replacement.

 

If you’ve purchased a new plan separately you wouldn’t be able to port an iD Mobile number to another existing iD Mobile contract.
