Trying to port my number from EE to ID today, and despite checking all the information I’ve been given many times, the submission form says the following:
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again”.
I’ve seen advice on here that I should try inputting my surname in upper case (done that) and that my transaction number should begin with a 4. It doesn’t, it begins with a 1, and this is the number that appears on my documentation that has been provided by ID.
Any ideas anyone? I assume that if I can’t submit the form with my PAC Code, then I can’t transfer my phone number.
