Hi - I’ve read all the hub and help advice.
Despite being certain that all the info I am entering in the form is correct, it keeps saying:
“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”
I have registered for an online ID account as suggested by some of the help replies but I have explored every last inch of the account details and all sub sections and genuinely cannot find anywhere where I could input this information.
If someone could help point me in the right direction to get this sorted, I would be grateful as I have been paying for my old mobile for a few months now as well as my new ID and would like to cancel the old one ASAP
