pac transfer issue

I submitted my PAC code and was advised it would be done but nothing and I am without network. 

Please can you advise when this will take place.

Hey @Sahira Ahmed,

When your number is porting, it will lead to issues with your network.

What date were you given for the port complete date?

I registered to retain old number, but confirmation references new number?
