paper free billing

I pay by direct debit but keep receiving a huge amount of paper work each month listing all my calls etc. How can I stop receiving all of this paper work ? Thanks 😃

Login to your iD My Account online or the iD app.

Go to the “My billing” area, where there’s a “Billing method.” sub-section. Use the “Change my billing method” option.

You might even save yourself £1.50/month - the paper billing surcharge!

Thanks andewhite.... I clicked on where you said and the only choices are paper or email. When you tick either of them it says a £1.50 charge 🤣 . I've clicked on email...even though it already was. Tbf , I'd rather have none, but there wasn't a choice for that. I'll see what happens next months. Thanks for the info 😃

How strange - in my iD My Account, I see the following:

I think by selecting the email billing option, you get a monthly email alert about it your bill being ready.

To see the bill, you’d need to sign-in to your iD My Account.
