Trying to reset the password on the phone but id mobil app keep say the following "Oops sorry you have used a special character" even though I haven't used any special characters, is there an fault with the app?
I have tried passwords with letters, number, caps, a mix of 2 and three of these, different lengths, 8 digits etc. I have come to the point where I nearly threw it out the window, this is very fraustrating.
