When I log in to change my bank account number and sort code it will not let me save the changes and I get a red message as follows

“ Please enter valid bank account details”

 

Why wont it let me put in my new bank account details?

Hey @Patrycja Kowalczuk,

Have you ensured that the Direct Debit details are for a valid UK bank account?

They also need to be for details that match your billing details of the account holder.
