Money has come out my account for my bill twice and bounced back. I have now tried to log into the account to say my details are wrong. Then I go to recover password and get these details arnt right. And the same for forgotten username or email? And all is asked for is my name and phone number and year I was born. And somehow it still can't access my account could I have someone contact me ASAP to sort this as I need this sorting thanks.
