Good day, I've set my payment date to the 14th of every month... Why am I been getting deductions before the day I get paid? I'm now being suspended because I don't pay on the 2nd of each month. I need this sorted out as I requested this 3 months ago and every month ID mobile still deducts on the 2nd instead of the 14th and then suspended me for two weeks.

 

I have cancer and I need means of communication in case of an emergency.
