Hello - I am trying to order a phone upgrade online. When I get to the payment section, it doesn’t accept my payment as it says my person details don’t match my bank details. They are correct and they do match. Please can you advise with how to proceed with my order? The online chat is apparently constantly busy and unhelpful.

Oh dear @Laura Scoles - you could try upgrading via the telephone Sales Team on 020 7139 1397 (during normal office hours).

Otherwise try the online chat page https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat or their social media teams on facebook or Twitter.

These customer service teams are available 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends & bank holidays.
