I am trying to make a payment....I have tried around 8 times and each time it says "opps there's been a problem, please try later"

This doesn't really help when I'm trying to make a payment.

This can happen if there’s a mismatch between the address registered with your bank and the one registered in your iD online account, @Rich Gibbs.

As @andewhite advised does the bank card address match the address registered with iD Mobile?

The card would also need to be in your name.
