Hi, when I signed up in August last year I agreed to £36.99 pm but my bills are coming in 20% higher at over £41 pm. I’ve checked and this doesn’t include any extras /add on costs.
I would guess there has been an annual price increase during this period, but surely not 20%. Can you please advise

Your £36.99/month will have increased to £41.95 in April given the RPI in Feb ‘23 was 13.4%.

As mentioned above RPI or CPI rates will have applied to your iD Mobile plan if you have a device plan.
Plans that agreed to RPI rates will have gone up 13.4% and CPI rates have gone up by 14%.
