Good day, I've just made a monthly payment plus I made and additional payment of 40 pounds to put towards my future billing buy it's not showing.

Good day, 

 

I made 2 x payments one to pay for end of this month and another for December.

 

But I now have a bill for 20 pounds, please take this payment from the 40 pounds extra I paid last month please. 

 

It's showing a minus in payments but it's telling me I owe you more money. I don't understand.

 

Please deduct this month's payment from the extra money I paid please

Hi @Kim Brook 

 

The bill itself should automatically take away from anything extra you’ve put into it, if you’ve made an overpayment of £40, a £20 bill should take away from that first, leaving £40 in credit on the account.
