Hi my phone has not been on for over a week I’ve noticed you’ve not took the money out my bank account when it was there? Is there any sort of problem? I can’t get onto the app to pay it says please bear with us. I have never paid it through the app it normally just comes out of my bank so I don’t know what’s going on?

It sounds like the direct debit may have failed to take the money, we’d recommend paying the bill and re-enabling the direct debit in the iD Mobile app, or you’ll be able to pay manually via the payment line on 0333 003 0001.
