Phone not delivered

Phone not delivered by DPD. Have spoken to DPD who have said I need to get in touch with the retailer so they can launch an investigation. 

Tried going via live chat but no agents ever available. 

How can I get this resolved?

If I was in your position @pschikora39, I’d ‘talk’ to the iD social media customer care team, by sending them a private message, using facebook or Twitter.

The agents work 9am - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 6pm weekends (and bank holidays).
