phone number not moved over

Hi

I changed over to ID mobile last week & arranged for my old number to transfer over on the 25th (yesterday) using PAC My old contract was cancelled yesterday however my old number hasn’t transferred across yet, is there something I need to do to sort this?

Have you spoken to iD support by online Live Chat, @Miss Pickles

Get help & support with your switch at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - advisors work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends).

Thank you for replying.  I’ve contacted iD support Live Chat.  Problem with Three handing over my number etc.
