phone number on letter

I have my first letter after joining iDmobile but it states my account phone number as something different to my actual phone number I moved across from EE. I logged into the iD app and checked website as per instruction on letter to try and correct but cannot see where I correct this?

The bill was probably produced before you switched the number (you wanted to keep) from EE to iD, @Gareth Sawyer

Hi @Gareth Sawyer, @andewhite is correct here. Every new iD mobile contract comes with an iD number. This is then later replaced with your existing number once you transfer it over using a PAC code.
