Phone number switching request

Hi,
Yesterday I requested to switch my number to ID by providing the PAC code.
The website response was not clear and I didn’t get an email confirmation. How can I confirm that ID received my switching request?

Best ask iD customer service about your PAC submission @SMathew, using the online iD Live Chat service at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat (works via a popup window in a browser). 

The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.
