Hello,  I was wondering if my phone is still under warranty as its 13months old and will no longer charge.  Could you let me know if this can be fixed under the warranty

Kind regards

Dave

Hi @balddave73

This would depend on the device you have, is the device damaged cosmetically? Had any water damage?

Is your device an iPhone? Google? Samsung? Motorola?

Hi Tom

It's a Samsung and it's just stopped charging

I think most Samsung devices have a 2-year warranty @balddave73

Contact Samsung online at https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/, or you can discuss a repair by visiting any Currys store.

Hi @balddave73

I’d recommend the same as @andewhite above, your device likely has 2 years of warranty and it’ll be worth speaking either directly to Samsung or taking the device to a Currys store.
