Hi, My wife and I have recently moved to ID mobile but have found that when we phone a landline the person we phone tells us the line keeps breaking up. It's incredibly frustrating as we are trying to organise my mother in laws funeral and both the funeral director and the caterer said they couldn't make out what we were saying. Is there a known fault at the moment? ThanksÂ

Three UK was having some issues with the network however most of this should be cleared up now, how are you getting on?
