why can’t I phone or text a certain mobile number?

Because they probably blocked you.

Have you recently joined iD Mobile? Did you port in? What messenger app are you using and do you have chat features enabled or disabled?

Hey @S.E.Wheeler, if it’s literally just one number you’re having problems with, I’d have to agree with @WelshPaul and say that they may have blocked your number.
