Plan change

Hi,

I have been trying to find an answer for this, but I can’t.

I have recently got a new plan and ID have sent me a new SIM card. I was wondering if this is correct, as I don’t want to be charged twice (the old and the new plan) and I want to keep my number?

Please let me know.

Thanks

Neha

Sounds like purchased an additional iD plan, so you’ll have two active iD SIM cards and two iD plans.

Keep the iD plan that’s using the number you want to keep, and cancel the other iD plan - if you don’t want to be paying for two plans.

You might be able to cancel and return the unwanted plan within its cooling off period.

Good luck @nehaox.

Hey @nehaox

It does sound like a new contract has been purchased in lieu of an upgrade/plan change.

Have you since been able to get this resolved?
