Plan Upgrade not showing on account

I placed an upgrade to my plan on 22nd November, still nothing is showing on my account, given the hassle to try and contact someone, I would like to cancel my account, do i just request a PAC Code?

That’s a shame to hear @macjivefoot, but yes, you can just request a PAC code.

When completing an upgrade your plan should change over fairly quickly. As this has not happened we’ll need to check your order details as you may have placed an order for a new contract rather than an upgrade.
