Hi, I have been on ID mobile for a few years, I have a Samsung, although the signal isn't great, I don't have any problems with sending/ receiving texts or calls, however, I have just moved my son over to a sim only ID contract and his signal is awful!! Every message he sends says it fails? I literally sent a message to him off my phone and a message to me off his phone in the same room and yet although he recieved my message, his said it had failed?

Have you tried turning OFF iMessage and FaceTime on your son’s iPhoneÂ
Perhaps you could try using the iD WiFi Calling service with the iPhone at home, if you’ve got a home Wi-Fi network. This would allow you to text and call using your home Wi-Fi network instead.
