Try checking online for any local signal issues of faults, using the network status checker page at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support.

@James Corrigan

Have you checked the network status in your area to see if there are any ongoing issues?

If you require further assistance, please let us know here.

Thank you, this still says the same had to change to 4g but it's still giving one bar signal even though it says good coverage inside and outside

Hello @James Corrigan,

What’s the full postcode of the area you are facing issues?

Have you tried turning on WiFi Calling in-case the issue is down to blackspots indoors?

Have you always had this issue or has it recently dropped?

Hi, the full postcode is SK16 5JJ.

WiFi calling is on its a recent thing within the last two weeks I'd say.

Thanks

James

Okay @James Corrigan, the Three UK coverage checker is based on computer modelling of predicted coverage at any given location. No doubt these models make a number of assumptions, which means actual coverage and theoretical coverage may not always be aligned, especially in an indoor setting.

Wi-Fi Calling can be useful for fixing poor indoor coverage - anyway, good luck @James Corrigan.

Thanks for letting us know @James Corrigan

Using that postcode on the iD Mobile Coverage and Outage checker it doesn’t look like you should be having any issues currently.

Are you able to try the iD Mobile SIM in a different device?

Why iD Mobile?
