Try checking online for any local signal issues of faults, using the network status checker page at https://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support.
Have you checked the network status in your area to see if there are any ongoing issues?

Thank you, this still says the same had to change to 4g but it's still giving one bar signal even though it says good coverage inside and outside

Both 3 and I'd says good coverage indoor and outdoor but 1 bar of signal on 5 and 4 g so unsure on the issue

What’s the full postcode of the area you are facing issues?
Have you tried turning on WiFi Calling in-case the issue is down to blackspots indoors?
Have you always had this issue or has it recently dropped?

Hi, the full postcode is SK16 5JJ.
WiFi calling is on its a recent thing within the last two weeks I'd say.

Using that postcode on the iD Mobile Coverage and Outage checker it doesn’t look like you should be having any issues currently.
Are you able to try the iD Mobile SIM in a different device?
