Port not completely transferred.


Hi,

I requested to keep my old number. But this has been switched off and had not been moved across. I have restarted my phone and it is still not working.

There can be several hours between your ‘old’ provider’s SIM becoming inactive, and your number switching to your ‘new’ iD SIM @Wendybarrows.

I had no service for 5-hours the day my number was transferred to iD Mobile.

Ports can take up to 10pm on the day they’re set for.
