These numbers are managed by the Phone-paid Services Authority (PSA) - https://psauthority.org.uk/
I’d recommend having a look and searching the number there. It should show the contact details of the company so you can get in touch to get them to stop the services and/or seek a refund if you did not sign up.

A google search shows that this number belongs to a company called “UK Power Networks. No idea if they are legit, a scam or just some third party company offering a legit service.

What is odd though is that I can find no mention of any premium text charges or subscriptions on their website? Yet when I reverse search 80876 it returns a result indicating that this is a premium rate number. However, while Vodafone say it’s a premium rate number, there is no charge for using it:
