Not all short codes work with iD Mobile.
It’s their network partner (three), who determine which short codes work and those that don’t.
There’s a cost checker for short codes here - go to the “8. Shortcodes” section to use the checker.
I've just taken my upgrade. New handset won't let me send premium text to radio competition. No bother with my old phone and sim. Spending cap is set and premium services turned on
