problem accessing account and resetting password

im not sure who can help. I'm unable to access id account to manage upgrade. it tells be that id are busier than usual and to contact this group or 7777...Now several hours have gone by with the same result.

I cant respond to the link in my email to confirm upgrade until I can access my account properly.

I tried to reset my password and it tells me it's wrong.

I can still access with finger print but not fully!

Have you registered an iD Mobile app/website account before?

 

It sounds like you may not be registered which is why resetting the password may not be working.
