For context, I spend the majority of the year outside the country. I set up an account last year, monthly contract for 3 months, then cancelled the contract.
I’m back again this year and have started a new monthly contract. However, I cannot log into my old account or register a new one with the same email address. I get the following messages:
How can I get an account with the same email address? I can’t set up a new email address each year just to register a new id mobile account
