Ongoing issue for 4+ weeks. Full 5 bars connection on 4G but there is no data until walking about 1 kilometre away/ changing cell sites

have contacted customer support number of times and not very helpful, Ofcourse as I researched online I found out this is a big problem especially in London with id mobile network not having any working data in most postcode areas.
I cancelled my contract & going back to Vodafone.
